Smart search in documentation and a revamped feedback section

Documentation and support

Web
  • A search bar now appears in the documentation header: ask a question in plain language and get a short answer with links to articles.
  • Navigation across documentation and support sections has been completely redesigned
  • New documentation articles: an introductory lesson, basics lessons, “Ask Tomyo”, and three articles about “My progress”.
  • Blog posts now display within the platform interface. Added article topic breakdown and the ability to share an article

Support

Web
  • The support section shows a badge with the number of unread replies—it disappears once you open the conversation.
  • The “you got a reply” email now takes you directly to the relevant ticket, not the general list.

Ask Tomyo

Web
  • The assistant bubble now appears in the side menu and in the mobile header: you can ask from any page, not just the home screen.

Speed

Web
  • The Dictionary shows the first words noticeably sooner, and search, filters, and scrolling in “Practice” update the list in place.
  • The home screen and transitions between screens are faster: the “Replies” card loads separately and no longer delays the page.

Fixes

Web
  • Grammar, idioms, keys, and blog pages no longer disappear after a brief connection issue.
  • On the error screen, “Try again” now actually re-requests the page, and if that doesn't help, it suggests refreshing it.
  • In the word card, the image and story now align side by side on tablets—previously the image took up the whole screen.
