The home screen shows your goal and progress, and the journey map by HSK level and writing practice have arrived.

New home screen design

WebiPhoneAndroid
  • The home screen is redesigned: the lesson in the centre, progress rings for words, grammar and radicals, your journey map in the background.
  • Basics lessons — pinyin, characters, phrases — are open from day one.
  • New “Calligraphy” card: writing practice on your own words.

Journey map

WebiPhoneAndroid
  • The journey map is a new way to see your progress. Each HSK level is a city that comes alive as you learn words: Shanhaiguan (HSK 1), Xi’an (HSK 2), Chengdu (HSK 3), Chongqing (HSK 4).
  • The HSK 1 “Wall of Words”: every word is a brick you can tap and listen to.
  • Milestones instead of percentages: each milestone you reach changes the city, and the city shows what you can already do.
  • Each milestone earns a certificate you can share.
  • In the apps the map lives in the “Journey” tab of “My progress”.
