这个 (zhège) means 'this', 多少 (duōshao) means 'how many' or 'how much', and 钱 (qián) means 'money'. Together it's a direct question: 'This how much money?'

Use this in shops, markets, or anywhere you want to know a price. Point at the item and say the phrase. It's polite and neutral. For a specific item, you can replace 这个 with the item name, like 这本书多少钱? (How much is this book?).
