Big update to texts and full-screen lessons
Write your own texts, get error analysis, and read together with a teacher or friend. Lessons are now more convenient: study in full-screen mode using the keyboard.
Your own texts
WebiPhoneAndroid- Tap “+” in “Texts”: generate a text, write it yourself, or paste a ready-made one.
- Tap a sentence to see pinyin, translation, and audio.
- Select a word in the text or a whole sentence. This makes working with unfamiliar words easier.
- Ask Tomyo is always nearby: you can clarify a question about a word, phrase, or text.
Essay with analysis
WebiPhoneAndroid- Write a text on a topic at your level — Tomyo will underline mistakes and explain each one.
Questions and reading together
WebiPhoneAndroid- After the text — comprehension questions, you can answer in your own words.
- Share the text via link or analyze it together with a teacher.
- Answer questions about the text together and comment on each other's answers
Dictionary
WebiPhoneAndroid- Add your own examples to words.
- Edit current examples
- If you've known a word for a long time, mark “Already know” in the “⋯” menu. The word will no longer appear in lessons and will move down in the dictionary as learned.
- If you want to review a previously learned word with "Know" status, mark "Return to study", and the word will appear in lessons again.
Lesson
Web- Lesson on the website is full-screen, you can answer using the keyboard.
