可以 (kěyǐ) means 'can', 打包 (dǎbāo) means 'to pack' or 'to take away', and 吗 (ma) makes it a question. The phrase literally asks 'Can (I) pack it?'

Say this at a restaurant when you want to take leftover food home. It's polite and common in China, where doggy bags are normal. You can also use it to ask for takeout instead of dining in. Don't use it for packing luggage—that's 收拾行李 (shōushi xínglǐ).
